Brief Description of Requirement Department for Business & Trade has a requirement to commission evaluation expertise to refine the evaluation plan regarding Online Marketplaces and take steps in setting up the evaluation\. The proposed methodology requires external expertise to deliver a robust and deliverable evaluation plan, plus a well-designed set of data collection tools\.
