## Description

To provide disagreement resolution and mediation services concerning special educational needs and disabilities \(SEND\) provision to parents and young people \(16-25\) in 15 local authorities in the South West, under the terms of the Children and Families Act 2014, the SEND Regulations 2014 and the SEND Code of Practice 2015\.
