Work description
To provide disagreement resolution and mediation services concerning special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) provision to parents and young people (16-25) in 15 local authorities in the South West, under the terms of the Children and Families Act 2014, the SEND Regulations 2014 and the SEND Code of Practice 2015.
