The Provision of Waste Reception and Transport Services

The service required from this contract is the provision of a Facility to receive municipal waste from the Council and its subsequent storage, bulking up and onward transport to a Rail Transfer loading in Knowsley.The Rail Transfer Loading Station (RTLS) is located in Woodward Road, Kirkby, Merseyside, L33 3AR.The Service to be provided shall be one of a contingent nature; with the Contractor receiving, handling and transporting waste to the RTLS as and when may be required by the Council.
