## Description

The Homes and Communities Agency \('HCA'\) is seeking to appoint a Monitoring \\r Surveying \(MS\) Firm from its national Development Monitoring and Management Panel\. \\r The appointed Surveyor's role will include providing initial due diligence and ongoing \\r monitoring of the development works in respect of the loan investment under the Levelling \\r Up Home Building Fund \("LUHBF"\) programme\. All work will be instructed under the \\r standard terms of the HCA's Development Monitoring and Management Framework 2021-\\r 2025\.
