Work description
Stockton on Tees Borough Council and Tees Valley Combined Authority (TVCA), require an exciting and ambitious masterplan preparing for land within the Teesdale area of Stockton-on-Tees. The project will focus on accommodating the health, public health and social care sector but, this will not be the only land use. The master planning team will need to work with us to identify other opportunities for development outside our main target sector, including residential.
