The BFI requires an Employee Assistant Programme provider to deliver a comprehensive EAP service to the organisation\. The successful provider must provide an Employee Assistance Programme accessible to all employees and their immediate family members\. The service acts as a key support mechanism that is signposted by our People Team, H&S, line managers and Mental Health First Aiders\.
