The building occupants have consumable bottle fed water coolers throughout the building\. The Project comprises the installation of a new dedicated mains cold water circuit and above ground drainage, connecting to existing infrastructure, to serve new plumbed water coolers situated on the ground, first, second, third and fourth floors\.
