CWC22112 - WBHE Update to Prelim Designs

City of Wolverhampton Council, on behalf of Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council (DMBC) and Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council (SMBC) are looking to appoint a suitable consultant to update a set of previously produced preliminary designs, update the cost estimate and revise the existing economic case for the Wednesbury to Brierley Hill Extension (WBHE) Sustainable Access Measures scheme.
