Chelmsford City Council is looking for a contractor to carry out Structural Waterproofing Works for the High Chelmer Multi-Storey Car Park located in Chelmsford Town Centre\. The Contractor must have experience in using SIKA products\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
