Ribbonfish Onyx upgrade 7.1 to 7.9 and server upgrade 2008-2016

Description

Upgrading Onyx from 7.1 to 7.9 using Ribbonfish will ensure that we have specialist resource who have previously performed Onyx upgrades for both Islington and other companies. This is a complex upgrade as Onyx has multiple integrations with third party applications that link to the delivery of the majority of online resident transactions. This will be dedicated resource that will be able to focus on the task and deliver within a pre agreed timescale providing documentation and a playbook of steps required so that we have a knowledge base that can be used for future upgrades by Islington IDS staff
