Office Multi Function Devices

This is a Contract Award Notice.

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) require the services of an supplier to provides access to multifunctional devices, managed print services, technical resources, digital workflow, cloud solutions for digital transition and print consultancy services.

This procurement was undertaken through the CCS Framework Agreement (RM6174) Multifunctional Devices (MFDs), Print and Digital Workflow Software Services and Managed Print Service Provision, Lot 2, following the Direct Award process.

The Contract is awarded for an initial period of 12 months with an option to extend for up to 12 months.

Total Awarded Value is maximum of all charges including any optional contract extensions.
