## Description

Durham County Council holds the budget for the regional Integrated Care System \(ICS\) Prevention Board, which is to be used to fund the employment of a full time Band 8a Alcohol Strategic Manager for a 12 month period\. This Band 8a Commissioning Delivery Manager Sarah Hulse will be employed by North of England Commissioning Support \(NECS\) Service deliverables as detailed in the Job Description are seen below \(job description is attached for more information\)
