## Description

Southampton City Council \(the Council\) has a duty undertake asset valuations to determine fair market or present value of assets, for tangible assets \(i\.e\. buildings and equipment\)\. These valuations are provided for capital accounting purposes for inclusion in the financial statements of Southampton City Council\. This contract has been awarded following a further competition using the ESPO Framework Agreement 2700\_22 Estates Management professional Services\.
