## Description

Extra Care provides flexible care and support services to adults 24 hours a day, seven days a week\. The schemes are designed to be a community setting within itself whereby tenant is a private tenant living in their own self contained home\. which they have a legal right to occupy via a tenancy underpinned by housing law\.
