## Description

The MoJ has entered into a contract for the provision of Azure Stack HCI and Powerstore equipment on a 'Flex on Demand' basis, in order to support its IT services\. The contract is for 3 years following installation of the equipment with an optional extension of 1 year\. The length of the contract is tied to the installation date and it is anticipated that installation will take up to a maximum of 6 months - after which the initial 3 year term will begin\. Support and warranty services are included\.
