EMAIL NEWSLETTER SOFTWARE - AWARD

Description

West Berkshire Council uses email marketing software to issue newsletters and some service delivery information to residents, businesses and other stakeholders - keeping them informed about the Council's services, decisions and events. This is used by the Communications team and by services across the organisation. The licence agreement for the current software ends in 2025 and a provider needs to be identified to ensure this functionality continues to be available in support of the Council's ongoing communications and engagement with residents.
