PSF 3 - Lot 1B Coroners Service - New Accommodation

CCC is seeking to appoint a technical advisor and project manager (hereafter referred to as 'the consultant') to support delivery of the following developments:\r • New build of a new Coroners Service facility on land at West Cumbria House, Jubilee Road, Workington through a design and build contract carried out by others.\r \r A design and build contractor will be appointed to undertake RIBA stages 3 through to detailed design and construction and Riba Stage 6 Handover. The contractor will initially be appointed under a Pre-Construction Services Agreement until the main NEC3 contract is signed prior to construction.\r \r The consultant will perform the role of the Project Manager as defined by NEC3, and provide technical input, and other project management advice and support, to the County Council through RIBA Stages 3-6.
