GB-Telford: Local Plan Viability Study

The Council are in the process of reviewing the Telford & Wrekin Local Plan. As part of this work a high level assessment of the site submission viability as part of the Strategic Housing & Employment Land Availability Assessment (SHELAA) is required. In addition to this a more comprehensive 'Whole Plan Viability Assessment' is required to support the evidence base for the review and ensure the cumulative policy requirements do not unduly restriction development coming forward.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
