Environments - Data Obfuscation

Description

We wish to purchase a Data Obfuscation tool that can support our capability to ensure data is obfuscated in all development and test environments ensuring data integrity is kept through its lifecycle. This agreement would be based on a 5 year term, on a 3 + 1 + 1 basis at the University's discretion.
