## Description

The specialist will be required to undertake development work on the DVLA's central vehicles management system \(VSS\)\. The work includes technical analysis, low level design, production and unit testing of code using CA GEN\. The specialist will be allocated to specific projects \(including, but not be limited to, changes to Vehicles Excise Duty \(VED\) schemes\) and make technical changes in accordance with business requirements and technical solutions which will be provided by DVLA's business analysts and technical architects\.
