SPS 2077 - Young People Supported Housing Pathway

The Greenwich young people integrated housing pathway is designed to improve the outcomes for young people and to prevent homelessness, in line with the Royal Borough of Greenwich Homelessness Review and Strategy 2014/19, children and young people's plan 2017-2020 and the homelessness reduction Act 2017. The service was tendered in lots and the provider/s were expected to achieve the outcomes and requirements detailed within the specification. The young people's contract consists of 5 lots namely: Lot 1: Assessment Support Centre; Lot 2: Accommodation Based Support for Young People; Lot 3: Accommodation Based Support for Teenage Parents and Accommodation Based Support for Young Women; Lot 4: Supported Lodgings; Lot 5: Floating Support.
