## Description

DVLA requires a supplier to provide a supply of highly skilled engineering developers/support resource to aid in the design, development, and support of the department's ambitious IT Transformation programme\. The programme broadly looks to re-architect and re-engineer all IT systems onto new, open-source, cloud-hosted commodity IT platforms\.
