General Building Works (Lot 1) Call Off 2 - 1 Morgans Buildings, Clapton in Gordano - AWARD

PROPOSED DAMP PROOFING, EXTERNAL LIME RENDERING, INTERNAL LIME PLASTERING, TREATMENT OF DAMP WALLS, INTERNAL DECORATIONS AND ASSOCIATED EXTERNAL WORKS.

This is a mini-tender using the General Building Framework Lot 1. The works are to be commenced and completed within 6 weeks of the agreed commencement date. The actual commencement date and date for completion are to be agreed prior to letting the contract in consultation with Alliance Homes and North Somerset Council Housing Department.

It is Alliance Homes expectation that works will commence no later than 1st June 2022. Suppliers are asked to confirm their proposed start date and completion time in the space provided at the end of this document. If the lowest priced bidder is unable to complete the works within the required timeframes, then Alliance Homes reserve the right to award the mini-tender to the next lowest-priced bidder who can complete the works within the required timescales.
