YPO Framework HR Managed Services & Solutions Lot 1 – Managed Services for Contingent Labour Provision of Neutral Vendor Service

The Collaborative Group wish to appoint a Single Neutral Vendor Service Provider that will provide all temporary agency workers via 3rd party agencies and not provide the agency workers themselves in line with para 2.2.1.1 Neutral Vendor of the YPO HR Services and Solutions Service Specification Lot 1 Managed Services for Contingent Labour. A further competition will be held as provided for in para 2.2.2.2 Further Competition, of the YPO HR Services & Solutions framework. All suppliers in Lot 1 are invited to submit bids for the provision of a Managed Service Provider as a Neutral Vendor provider.
