## Description

The Services are to support the PMO in embedding Integrated Project Control processes across the regions, to support both PMO and delivery teams and accelerate maturity in integrated project controls\. This service will be embedded within the regional PMO teams and will work directly with the regional delivery teams, business partners and PMO to promote and embed IPC methodologies ensuring knowledge transfer and implementation into business as usual\.
