LU00572 - NCOP - Design Build and Provision of a Virtual Reality (VR) website

The national collaborative outreach programme aims to support the most disadvantaged young people in England to progress into higher education (HE). It will run from 2016-17 to 2019-20. The programme consists of 29 consortia undertaking outreach activity in geographical areas where the HE participation of young people is both low and much lower than expected based on GCSE-level attainment. Loughborough University are currently working with University of Leicester, De Montfort University and University of Northampton (under the consortium name Pathways) to deliver a scheme of work for HEFCE's National Collaborative Outreach Programme (NCOP).

As part of this we would like to develop an engaging and highly interactive website and are seeking a digital agency to carry out the development work on the website and also produce all of the interactive elements detailed and to the timescales set out in this document.
