## Description

ACSL owns the Bensham Grove site in Croydon and wishes to start development in the 4th Quarter of 2023/24 or sooner\. Resolution to grant detailed planning consent was achieved in February 2021 \(19/03033/FUL\) - the consent expires in February 2024\. The consent comprises 17no\. flats in two blocks for Affordable Rent\. ACSL are going to market and will be hosting a two stage process to find a main contractor\. ACSL aims to regenerate the site to provide a pleasant living environment for residents\. The anticipated value of the project is approximately four million and two hundred thousand pounds including VAT\.
