Reading Borough Council - Wensley Road Phase Two (Coley Rise Refurbishment)

Description

[PCSA - reprocurement] Reading Borough Council have undertaken to refurbish the three existing Tower Blocks on Coley Rise to ensure they are clad with improved insulated render and improve their carbon footprint following the declaration of a Climate emergency in 2019. The refurbishment will also improve the internal flats and circulation areas and improve the hard and soft landscaping around the Tower Blocks. In addition, a new community hub building will be constructed centrally in Coley Park.
