Provision of de-escalation training for front line patient facing registered nurses. Leeds Teaching Hospitals has a large and diverse nursing and midwifery workforce working across five sites. This project is focussed on registered clinical staff across 7 wards/clinical areas on 2 of those sites, LGI and St. James University Hospital
