## Description

Derbyshire County Council, in conjunction with the Derbyshire Police and Crime Commissioner, is inviting tenders for the provision of an outreach service to reduce substance misuse harms to individuals aged between 16 and 25, across Derbyshire communities \(excluding Derby City\)\. The contract is for two years, to commence on 01 June 2018 with an option to extend the contract for one further year\. Under the Light Touch Regime \(LTR\)
