Work description
To carry out roofing and walkway works to various locations in Cromer and Sheringham. Programme of works is 12 weeks and must be completed by 31 May 2024.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.Please note that the start date is to be agreed but the works will take approx 12 weeks and must be completed by 31 May 2024
