Buchanan Wharf Fit Out

SLC is required to complete the CAT B fit out of the ground and upper floors that are to be occupied by SLC at our new premises at Buchanan Wharf, Glasgow

A Cat B fit out provides SLC with a workplace that's fit for purpose for staff. During our Cat B fit out, the contractor will work with the SLC design team to deliver the Cat B fit out to our agreed design and specification

Cat B fit out will cover the following: • interior partitions (to create meeting rooms and office layouts) • limited raft ceiling installation • staircase installation • M&E installation and base build M&E alterations as per the design team specification. • Final finish for the walls and doors (including textures and colours) and installation of structured cabling and power - from power outlets, floor boxes, lighting to connected meeting rooms.
