## Description

The Bunkers Project is looking to procure the services of Catapult who can assist the project to develop a new Digital Service offering for UKMS\. The project is being delivered through an Agile process of continual improvement and the first Phase is Alpha were the project will design, test and develop, Product comparison, User Research, Customisation and workflow, prototyping and explore key functionality\.
