Fire risk assessments \[FRA\]: All fire risk assessments will be carried out on a 'real time' basis via RiskHub and to meet the deadlines set by the review programme\. Fire Risk Assessments will charged based on risk and size based criteria and will include council buildings and maintained schools\. Risk hub: There is an annual charge for the use of the Risk hub web-based portal\.
