Pool of Business Innovation Assessment Assessors

The West of England Combined Authority's Business Innovation Fund awards grants and support to Small and Medium sized Enterprises (SMEs) to undertake experimental development Research and Development (R&D) activities to contribute towards the creation of new products, processes or services.

We are now seeking to engage assessors, independent of the West of England Combined Authority, who can complete assessments of applications to the Business Innovation Fund applications. A breadth of assessors is sought in order that all applications, including potentially complex R&D, from companies across a range of sectors, and at different stages of company maturity, can be robustly assessed. The fee per assessment payable to an assessor is set at £200 per assessment.
