1-1123 Spatial Planning Review

Highways England is looking to set up a contract for provision of a Programme Manager. We would be looking for The Consultant to provide a part time Programme Manager resource from 15th June 2020 to 31st March 2021 to programme manage the delivery of a transformation project called Spatial Planning Review. The Spatial Planning Review is a complex transformation for Operations which will involve the development and establishment of new ways of working across all of Operations Spatial Planning Teams, improving the service provided to customers and developing the professionalism across the directorate.
