## Description

Circle Housing Property Services \(CHPS\) is a Direct Labour Organisation \(DLO\), which provides reactive repair services to Clarion Housing stock in East Anglia, Essex, Hertfordshire, and Surrey\. Though most of CHPS repairs jobs are performed by in-house resources, they have a constant requirement for sub-contractors to cover works where the capacity or expertise are not available internally\. Therefore Clarion wishes to appoint a contractor for the following works where CHPS in-house resources do not have the capacity: Void Works \(Including void cleaning, and void clearance and waste disposal\) for the Hertfordshire/Essex and Surrey regions\.
