## Description

North Somerset Council has appointed a consultant to act as NEC4 Project Manager, Supervisor, Principal Designer and Quantity Surveyor for the council's Accommodation Strategy Programme\. The appointed consultant will also provide space planning advice and design output and provide a technical advisory role\.
