The works are across multiple properties \(approx\. 250\), with residents in-situ and consist of the following works to Bison build properties: To remove the heating cylinder & Electrical connections , remove ACM board, replace with suitable fire resistant/retardant board, make good, new door, re-install heating cylinder and commission heating system\.
