Introduction: This is an Invitation to Tender (ITT) with information, instructions and guidance provided in this document. Tender submission (consisting of the completion of the Technical Response, and Commercial response documents) should be completed and returned by all Tenderers who wish to bid for the contract. Please note, throughout the Tender documentation the University of Nottingham will be referred to as 'UoN'. Synopsis: The UoN requests tenders from sufficiently experienced and qualified suppliers to establish a contract for the provision of large Marquees & temporary structures. Objectives: To establish a contract for the provision of Marquees and other temporary structures as detailed in the Specification document. The dates of setup are Friday 14th July 2023 with a de-rig date from Thursday 27th July, in-line with the University's 2023 Graduation programmes.
