Work description
North East Lincolnshire Council (NELC), Associated British Ports Ltd (ABP) and Great Grimsby Ice Factory Trust (GGIFT) wish to commission a suitably experienced team of consultants to undertake a development appraisal and business planning in support of a transformational regeneration project in the historic 'Kasbah' area of the Port of Grimsby.
