## Description

Leicester City Council \(LCC\), Electoral Services team would like to invite providers who have the capability and experience to submit quotations for a proposed 6 year contract term to provide on an "exclusive basis" throughout the term, complete services for management of the printing and posting of the HEF and ITR canvass requirements\.
