## Description

Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust, on behalf of the Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust \(NSFT\) is seeking a qualified and capable service partner to provide specialist Children and Young People \(11-17\) Autism Assessments and Diagnosis Services, and Children and Young People \(11-17\) Neurodevelopment Disorder \(NDD\) assessments in Suffolk \(excluding Waveney\)\. This tender will be run using two lots, with bidders able to tender for one, or both lots \(based on capability and capacity\)\. Full details of the requirement are covered in the relevant service specifications, listed in the tender pack \(link below\)\. For screening 1800 screens must be completed within 12 weeks of the agreed contract start date\. For assessments, 150 assessments must be completed within 6 months of the agreed contract start date\. Please note that the deadline for tender submissions is 12:00 on Monday, 5th August 2024 \(not the deadline listed in section IV\.2\.2\)
