## Description

The objective of the project is to develop the evidence base used in modelling and appraisal around Ultra Low Emission Vehicles\. The project will deliver relationships between speed and emissions and fuel/energy consumption and evidence around the non-fuel vehicle operating costs \(VOCs\) for a range of Ultra Low Emission Vehicle types\.
