## Description

The Contractor will support the National Adoption Strategy by providing support to the RAA grant process to develop Centres of Excellence\. The National Adoption Strategy \(NAS\) team are undertaking a grants process enabling Regional Adoption Agencies \(RAA\) to apply for funds to develop Centres of Excellence\. A need has been identified for an additional, and impartial, resource to support the grant process\.
