## Description

The Pirbright Institute \("The Contracting Authority"\) is seeking to appoint a "Construction Manager" to manage the re-development of its Poultry Experimental Facility \(PEF\)\. The works comprise extensive remodelling of the facility and the large scale renewal of services\. The Construction Manager will most likely be appointed under the JCT Construction Management Contract 2011\. This PIN seeks to establish the market interest and capability to undertake the required services with Applicants required to complete a short survey as further detailed in this notice\.
