To engage a Business Systems Specialist (E forms)

Role purpose: reporting to the Corporate Business Systems Manager, the Business Systems Specialist (E Forms) will undertake day to day management of E forms configuration, change requests, form testing, problems, service levels, performance, availability and recovery for a range of Agency business electronic forms. Key responsibilities: to manage availability, accuracy of content and service continuity levels with customers and other departments for a range of Agency E forms using the Adobe tool LiveCycle Designer ES and .XML to agreed Service Levels.
