GB-Newcastle upon Tyne: T22/0107 Expression of Interest for Technical Support Consultant for Hard Facilities Management service contract tender

The appointment of the Technical Support Consultant (TSC) is to enable an initial analytical review of the current Facilities Management Hard FM service contract operated at the University of Northumbria Newcastle (UNN) Campus estate. Leading to the provision of advice on the required service delivery model/KPIs, subsequent development of an appropriate service specification and form of contract for future procurement phase.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
