First Choice Homes are seeking to appoint a single provider for a 2 year contract with up to 2 additional years to provide property cleansing and clearance services to support our Property Care team for Voids plus ad hoc services for tenanted properties to support our Neighbourhoods and Property Safety Teams and for handover properties for our Development Team
